    • Not even a decent car

its been just 10 months since i bought the car. Most annoying thing is its Infotainment system. But thats the least of your worries. Suddenly one day my car completely became unresponsive. Funny thing is the SOS button which suppose to work in emergency also shut down. Jump start did not work. Fortunately all this happened at my home. I called for Volvo road side support in the morning. They came 7pm in the evening. Imagine you are stuck in a remote area. They tried few tricks , finally towed to nearest service center. Volvo Service center kept the car for 6 days , no replacement car. Any way the service guy told me that there is a software issue (some kind of conflict). He casually said its very common issue, all good. I gave one more complain to them that heating system is not working , it blows cold air in winter. They could not fix the problem since the spare part orders are backlogged since lot of cars have same issue. When they get the spare part they will call me back. Now after service i feel that the acceleration is jerky. Problems with Volvo never ends. Paying 72K for a worth less car is stupidity, only i have to blame my self.

I just bought a new 2022 xc60. It has 450 miles and it has been at the dealer for more than 2 weeks. Infosystem doesn’t work. The system just failes and no answers. First and last time I buy a Volvo.

Driver seat and passenger seat squeak when driving over every bump in the road. (Unbelievably irritating.) Volvo is aware of mass issues but no recall fix planned. Small gas tank; short range. Multiple failures with sensors and computer systems. Technology package was released prematurely. Released with known bugs to sell features that don't work. New updates are needed almost monthly, but don't have the ability to push remotely. Must bring vehicle into the shop for hours. 6 trips to dealership to address issues within the first year of ownership. Couldn't be more disappointed. I should have bought a Kia Telluride or Honda Pilot. Better quality, better warranty, lower price.
